My name is Dharmendra Malav. I am from Kota, Rajasthan and the founder of Malav Technologies. Since the beginning, I always dreamed of building my own IT company and creating something meaningful in the digital world. At that time, I never imagined that life would eventually bring me to this stage because my journey was completely different from what I initially planned.

I completed my B.Tech in Information Technology from RTU in 2013. During those years, I was involved in our local business Malav Computers, where we provided eMitra services, computer-related work and educational services. Business kept me busy, but deep inside I always wanted to create something bigger in technology and digital solutions.

In 2018, I moved to Jaipur to start my professional career. My goal was to work in PHP development because I already had knowledge of PHP programming. After attending interviews for almost 45 days, I finally received an opportunity. Surprisingly, instead of joining a PHP company, I accidentally entered the ecommerce industry through a startup ecommerce company with a very low salary. That decision completely changed my career journey.

I worked in the ecommerce company for nearly one year and gained real business experience in marketplaces, product management and online selling systems. Then the COVID period started and everything changed. During that difficult time, I decided to start my own ecommerce business and entered international marketplaces independently.

Initially, there was no proper stock, no strong setup and many struggles. But even a few successful orders gave me confidence because the profit margins were good. Slowly, I started purchasing inventory, scaling products and growing the business. From 2020 to 2023, I continued running my ecommerce operations and learned practical business growth, marketing and customer psychology directly from real-world experience.

The journey was never easy. Many ecommerce marketplace accounts were internally suspended and business challenges increased continuously. Expenses became difficult to manage, which forced me to move back from Jaipur to Kota. I even tried running an ecommerce company setup on rent, but things did not go as planned. That phase taught me one important lesson — growth only comes when you continue learning and adapting.

In 2024, I completely restarted my journey. I dedicated almost one full year to learning modern technologies, AI systems, ecommerce growth strategies, web development and digital marketing. I invested time in online learning, practical implementation and self-development. During that period, I focused less on earning money and more on improving myself and building real skills for long-term growth.

Today, I work in multiple areas including AI-powered solutions, ecommerce systems, Laravel development, WordPress websites, digital marketing, SEO, automation systems and business growth strategies. Along with client projects, I also work as a digital marketing trainer and help businesses create scalable digital experiences.

Malav Technologies is not just a company for me. It represents years of struggle, learning, failures, experiments and growth. My vision is to build a globally recognized technology company from Kota and work with businesses from all around the world. The goal is simple — create high-quality digital solutions, help businesses grow and continuously improve through innovation and technology.
